Introduction
It is necessary to learn new skills in order to make our personality noticeable and attractive. And I feel glad to talk about this topic.
Tip: Briefly talk about the topic given. Just 1 or 2 sentences and move on to your real-life incident.
What was it?
At first, I used to travel everywhere by public transportation. Hence, it was difficult for me to reach on time. I realized commuting daily like this is a challenge. Then I decided to learn to drive.
Tip: Start with a real-life scenario. Tell the examiner when you thought about learning a new skill. Set the context. It gives you a natural flow.
How would you learn it? Or where can you learn it?
There are many training institutions in my city that provide car training. In fact, one of them is next to my house. So I will pay a visit there to ask about all the details. Apart from training, I can practice at night with my father also.
Tip: Give a quick step-by-step guide without giving too much details. It should sound like a story, and not a boring summary.
And explain why you want to learn it.
There are many justifications for learning this skill. Firstly, to get there on time by public transportation, I have to suffer a lot. Sometimes I have to wake up 3 hours prior to my morning lectures to reach my destined target. Secondly, I can take my family members wherever they want to. I mean, to travel together, we had to wait for our father to come, but now we don't have to. Last but not least, my travel costs will be reduced. So, it’s obvious that driving is demanding, but rewarding.
Tip: Explain your reasons genuinely. Don’t try to reiterate previous points.
Conclusion
Now, I can utilize my traveling time for other tasks. This is a real-life skill for me.
